Questions

The things people ask before they start.

Straight answers to the questions practice owners actually have, including the ones other agencies tend to dodge. If yours isn't here, a 30-minute call is the fastest way to get it answered.

Do you guarantee results, like a top ranking or a number of new patients?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings, and a guaranteed number would be a number we made up. What we commit to is the work itself, done thoroughly every week, and complete transparency on what it produces. You'll see every call the work generates, tracked to its source, so the results speak plainly for themselves.

What kinds of practices do you work with?

Dental, veterinary, and aesthetics practices, specifically. We do one thing for a focused set of practice types rather than a little of everything for everyone. That focus is the reason we can go deeper than a generalist agency.

Why not just have my front desk handle our Google profile?

They can, and many do, which is why most profiles sit half-finished. The difference isn't whether the work is possible; it's whether it gets done consistently. Disputing junk ad leads, responding to reviews within hours, monitoring listings, keeping the profile fresh, watching for unauthorized edits: it's a steady weekly discipline that's the first thing to slip when a practice gets busy. That consistency is what we're actually selling.

What does the AI visibility part actually mean?

More patients are asking Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for recommendations instead of scrolling search results. We work to make sure your practice is the kind of well-structured, well-reviewed, consistent presence those systems surface, and we track where you stand each quarter. It's an emerging channel most competitors are ignoring, which is exactly why it's worth getting ahead on.

Can I just get the Google profile work without the ads?

Our core offer combines both: Local Services Ads to bring patients in quickly, and the foundation, your Maps presence, reviews, and AI visibility, building underneath so you depend on ads less over time. That combination is what we recommend, because each half makes the other work harder. If your market genuinely isn't suited to Local Services Ads, we can build the foundation on its own, but for most practices the two together are the point. The Snapshot tells us honestly which is right for you.

How is the ad budget handled? Is it part of your fee?

Separate, and we never touch it. You pay Google directly for your ad spend, at cost, with no markup from us. Our fee is a flat monthly amount for managing the whole system. That means we have no incentive to push you to spend more, which is exactly the conflict of interest most ad agencies are built on.

How fast will I see something happen?

The ads can start producing patient calls within days of going live, which is why we lead with them. The organic foundation, your Maps presence and the AI answers patients consult, builds over months and keeps compounding. The point of running both is that you get traction now while building something that makes you less dependent on ad spend over time.

Will I have to pay for ads forever?

That's the honest worry when you hand patient acquisition to an ad agency: stop paying and the patients stop overnight, because nothing was ever built underneath the ads. We're not an ad agency. Ads are one tool we use to bring patients in quickly, but the real work is building the Maps presence, reviews, and visibility your practice actually owns, so over time you lean on paid less, not more. Some practices choose to keep the ads running because they're plainly profitable, and that's a fine reason to keep them. The difference is that it stays a choice, never a dependency you can't get out of.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No long lock-in. This work rewards a longer relationship because the organic side compounds, and most engagements run six months or more for that reason, but that's because it works, not because you're trapped. The exact terms are spelled out plainly in the agreement before you sign anything.

How do we start?

A 30-minute call, no preparation needed. We learn about your practice, you see how we work, and we map out where a Snapshot would start. There's no pitch, just a clear look at where you stand today.

Still wondering
